Workshop Details
Natural Dyeing Workshop

We will do the following over the course of two days. The workshop is split into two half-day sessions, and participants will take either morning or afternoon class.

- Eco dyeing silk scarf
- Indigo dyeing a skein of wool yarn (participants can dye speckled yarn by adding ties to a skein)
- Indigo dye fabric, enough to make a sewing kit or a traveling bag from the Modern Natural Dyer.

Choosing a right pattern for your body type (Optional WS)

We hear a lot from our customers and students that they were disappointed when they tried out the finished sweaters.  Tokuko will teach you how to choose the right size, and how to choose a pattern  that flatters your body type.  During the class, participants will also take the correct measurements of their body.

This workshop is optional, and you can choose to relax and knit instead. There is a huge area to wander around and site down for knitting.
